Le Golf de Brest Iroise is a wholly owned subsidiary of Wilmcote, a privately owned company registered in the Isle of Mann.

Le Golf de Brest Iroise is owner operated. The on-site owner/director is Patrick Hedderman, a seasoned hotelier and golf course developer. Prior to purchasing the property, Patrick was Managing director of the world famous Mount Juliet resort in Ireland (venue of the World Golf Championship 2002). Previously, he was General Manager of some of the U.K.'s finest hotel and golf courses including the Slaley Hall Hotel and golf Complex, the 5 star Hanbury Manor hotel and Resort in Ware, and in his earlier career as food and beverage manager at the Gleneagles Hotel in Scotland.
